MONTH 5 – Dumbbell 6 Minute Mini Blasters

In the fifth level will are switching it up and adding my Dumbbell 6 Minute Mini Blasters Follow Along workouts. These workouts are a mix of upper body, lower body, chest and dumbbell ab blasters to help you shred fat, build a bulletproof core and sculpt 6-pack abs.

The workouts are 15-minute circuits and use your bodyweight only so you can use these anywhere and anytime.
