MONTH 6 - Kettlebell 6 Minute Mini Blasters

In the sixth level will are switching it up and adding my MONTH 6 - Kettlebell 6 Minute Mini Blasters Follow Along workouts. These workouts are a mix of upper body, lower body, cardio and full body circuit to help you shred fat, build a bulletproof core and sculpt 6-pack abs.

The workouts are 15-minute circuits and use your bodyweight only so you can use these anywhere and anytime.
